Cash Counter is a free money denomination calculator for shopkeepers, cashiers, and anyone who needs to total physical cash fast. How do I total my cash by denomination?
Select your currency, enter the count for each note and coin denomination, and the tool multiplies value × quantity for each row. The grand total and piece count update instantly as you type.
Can I print the cash count summary?
Yes. Tap Print to open a clean print-friendly summary with denomination breakdown, grand total, date/time, and optional Counted by / Note fields — ideal for shop records or bank deposits.
Does this work for INR and CAD?
Yes. INR includes ₹500–₹10 notes and ₹20–₹1 coins. CAD includes $100–$5 notes and toonie, loonie, and cent coins. USD, GBP, and EUR are also supported.
Can I share the summary on WhatsApp?
Use Copy summary to paste plain text into WhatsApp, email, or notes. On mobile, Share uses the Web Share API when available, with fallback to clipboard copy.
Is my cash count data saved or uploaded?
Counts are stored only in your browser's localStorage on this device. Nothing is sent to any server — your cash amounts stay private.
